2. Rated speed. The rated speed of villa elevator shall not be greater than 0.4 m/s, and the rated speed of villa elevator without car door shall not be greater than 0.3 m/s. According to this standard, at present, the speed of the general traction villa elevator is set at 0.4 m/s, while the screw elevator is generally set at 0.15 m/s.
3. Journey. The lift car travel shall not exceed 12 meters. The lift car journey is popularly understood as the distance from the lowest floor to the highest floor, also known as the lift height of the elevator. There are many customers' homes with elevator door opening stations on the first and half floors and the second and half floors. In this way, from the first floor to the fourth floor, the elevator can stop for five or more stops.
4. Rated load capacity. It shall be calculated based on the net bearing area (the area occupied by the handrail is also included) at least 250 kg/m2; The rated load capacity shall not be greater than 400 kg. Therefore, according to the size of the car area, the carrying capacity of the villa elevator is generally divided into 180 kg, 260 kg, 320 kg and 400 kg.
5. Lift car area. The net loading area of the lift car (the area occupied by the handrail shall also be included) shall not exceed 1.6 square meters.
